To design, manage and deliver a luxury experience for almost 200 of Van Cleef & Arpels VIP. A dinner and limited edition live showcase
THE CREATIVE CONCEPT
An elegant evening to showcase their finest work to their most important client.
THE CHALLENGES
The build and planning of the bespoke gala dinner tables with matching bespoke table cloths that were designed to fit within the two wings of the conservatory seating the 170 VIP guests.
THE EVENT
A stunning evening within the dramatically lit Syon House showcasing the very finest designs of Van Cleef & Arpels. A live catwalk show during a cocktail reception followed by a beautiful performance by the Royal Opera House including 30 musicians & 2 opera singers before guests sat down to an exquisite dinner served on a bespoke built table adorned with the most incredible florals.
