THE EVENT

Our clients celebrate the end of the year by hosting an event for over 400 of their largest clients, as a repeat client we understand their needs and vision and thoroughly enjoying bringing this to life with them.

We transformed their central London-based offices into a fun, festival-styled space that was spread across multiple themed rooms. We stripped out their office furniture and brought in a whole collection of stock and furniture to create a Jazz Bar, Games Den and several Tropical Disco Bar areas.

No party is complete without disco balls, and we covered the ceiling with silver orb balloons and awesome party lighting and enhanced the room with velvet draping. The production also included managing the entertainment; a photobooth, a magician, DJ and a live band.

The food trucks served up amazing food and canapes, cocktails and drinks were available everywhere. Nothing was too much trouble, we ensured that all dietary requirements were covered to accommodate the diverse needs of the guests. Working with the client to produce an event with so many elements was thoroughly exciting and something we look forward to doing again.
