THE CREATIVE CONCEPT
A glamorous fundraising event showcasing art and bringing in the elements of nature, sustainability and climate with a contemporary and bold overall finish.
THE CHALLENGES
Such a large build to take place in a venue of this nature is always a challenge. Ensuring it is delivered with minimal disruption and impact to the Academy.
THE EVENT
This annual event is known as THE event to kick off the society summer calendar and is one hot ticket. We were proud to work with the RA for our 14th year of producing this event. The focus is always on the art but before heading inside guests have to work the ‘red carpet’ and get papped in front of the iconic RA giant letters. Inside there were bespoke bars and food stations serving the prettiest cocktails and a delicious sustainable menu. Celebrity DJ’s and a showstopping performance by Sigrid was enjoyed by the glitzy crowd including Luke Evans, Lila Moss, Hayley Atwell, AJ Tracey, Edward Enninful and Grayson Perry.
